1. Introduction
Welcome to FacilityPro.co.uk (“FacilityPro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website and booking platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
FacilityPro acts as a booking intermediary between facility owners (“Hosts”) and users who book their venues (“Customers”). We provide the technology to facilitate listings, bookings, payments, and communication — but we do not own, operate, or manage any of the facilities listed on our platform.
2. Role of FacilityPro
FacilityPro is not a facility provider, agent, or operator.
All facilities, venues, and spaces listed on our platform are independently owned and managed by the facility owners. Each facility owner is solely responsible for:
Maintaining valid insurance (including public liability and any other legally required cover);
Ensuring the facility meets all health and safety requirements;
Managing access, cleanliness, and usability of their venue;
Complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
FacilityPro provides only the booking, payment, and management system.
We are not responsible or liable for:
The condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any facility;
Any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from use of a facility;
Any cancellation, overbooking, or breach of contract by a facility owner or customer.
3. Responsibilities of Facility Owners
Facility owners using FacilityPro must:
Hold valid insurance appropriate to their facility type and activities hosted.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their facility, including pricing, availability, and rules.
Manage their own bookings and users appropriately, treating all customers fairly and professionally.
Comply with all laws, including health and safety, safeguarding, fire safety, and accessibility requirements.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal from the FacilityPro platform.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
FacilityPro accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising out of or connected with any facility, booking, or transaction between a facility owner and customer.
FacilityPro’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of any booking fees paid directly to FacilityPro for the use of the platform.
Each facility owner and customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FacilityPro, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or their participation in any booking.
5. Insurance
All facility owners must:
Maintain appropriate insurance cover (including public liability insurance) at all times; and
Provide evidence of such cover to FacilityPro upon request.
FacilityPro does not provide insurance of any kind for facility owners or customers.
Customers are encouraged to ensure they have their own cover for personal injury, equipment damage, or event cancellation where relevant.
6. Payments and Fees
All payments for bookings are processed through FacilityPro.
FacilityPro will deduct a small booking and transaction fee before transferring the remaining balance to the facility owner.
Payments to facility owners are made automatically on Fridays, and all funds are transferred to the bank or PayPal account details provided by the owner in their FacilityPro dashboard.
7. Disputes
Any dispute arising between a customer and a facility owner should be resolved directly between those parties.
FacilityPro may, at its discretion, provide limited assistance or mediation but does not accept legal responsibility for the outcome of any dispute.
8. Amendments
FacilityPro reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
